RedThread Research and Mercer recently partnered on a comprehensive study of the Diversity & Inclusion technology market, to inform organizational leaders of the innovative solutions available in the marketplace, and to help technology vendors identify new ways to support companies in achieving their D&I goals. In this session, you’ll learn about the technologies available today, the problems they are addressing, how organizations are using them, and predictions about how the market will change in the next 18 months.
Three key learning objectives:
- Participants will be introduced to the concept of D&I Technologies and learn how they fit into the talent management cycle, addressing everything from candidate sourcing and selection to learning & development and D&I analysis and monitoring.
- Participants will learn about the potential benefits and risks associated with using technology to disrupt biases, including a checklist of key considerations for using artificial intelligence in organizations.
- Participants will get a chance to see what some of these technologies look like, hear customer case studies, and gain a better understanding of what these solutions offer.
