Over the last 2 years IHRIM has run a monthly webinar on workforce analytics. In 2019, we are launching a broader series of webinars that address three critical areas for HR data:
- HR Data Sourcing (wearable technology, apps, 3rd-party data, etc.) – what new sources of data is HR gathering on its candidates/contingent labor/employees?
- HR Data Management (governance, integration, GDPR, etc.) – how is HR managing its talent data given the proliferation of systems, greater business intelligence, concerns about security?
- HR Data Utilization (reporting, analytics, etc.) – what new ways (beyond termination metrics) is HR using the data to which it has access?
This series will be held bi-weekly on Tuesdays, April - June from 12-1pm Eastern. Please register for the event (required) and then each individual session (webinar) in the series that you would like to attend under the Attendee Selections tab. As the start of the series approaches you will receive further instructions regarding your unique login credentials for GoTo Webinar unique to each session.
