This webinar will focus on key talent analytics which organizations need to be using in order to get out in front of their workforce needs. There are lots of useful metrics which measure recruiting productivity and expense management. But these measure what’s easy, not necessarily what’s IMPORTANT. It’s critical for the organization to be ensuring the right people are in place to make sure goals are accomplished and revenue is generated. We’ll focus on using the “cost-of-a-vacant position” as a critical measure to both prioritize recruiting work, and to accelerate decision making.

Three key learning objectives:

  1. Expose learners to meaningful new talent metrics, with heavy emphasis on the cost of an unfilled vacancy…. Both in terms of work not done, but also revenue not generated.
  2. Move HR & Talent professionals to taking proactive steps based on key, everyday data.
  3. Identify key, critical jobs & improve revenue generation by changing the ‘old’ recruiting metrics paradigm.
