This session is one day only and it is scheduled for 60 minutes and will begin at 9:00 am Pacific, 10:00 am Mountain, 11:00 am Central, 12:00 am Eastern on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.
It’s almost hard to fathom, but less than six months ago, HR professionals were singularly focused on their strategic priorities for 2020 and our employees all came to work daily without a second thought to their health and safety. With so much changing so quickly, this session will take a moment to focus on where we are with the pandemic’s impact on Human Capital Management.
Three key learning objectives
1. We’ll review the responsibilities of HR, Benefits and Payroll managers and directors in complying with the various Corona virus-related laws that came into being over a 30-day period during March and April, with a focus on ongoing responsibilities through year-end 2020 and beyond.
2. We’ll examine how these compliance responsibilities place specific new burdens on Human Capital Management (“HCM”) software suites and how to solve for those novel requirements.
3. We’ll also review how HCM plays a key role in implementing the best practices our customers (CHROs, Payroll Managers, the C-Suite) must have to succeed in the post-pandemic workforce.
