This session is one day only and it is scheduled for 60 minutes and will begin at 9:00 am Pacific, 10:00 am Mountain, 11:00 am Central, 12:00 pm Eastern on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

Our webinar will provide an overview of how organizations are leveraging exhaust data from common productivity tools such as Office 365, G Suite and Slack to analyze and improve employee experience. This includes better understanding and adapting to the workplace changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift of workforces to work from home.

Philip Arkcoll is the founder of Worklytics, a Y Combinator backed company, using A.I. to measure and improve employee experience. They have worked with companies like Dropbox, Santander and WeWork and built A.I. systems designed to continuously analyze and improve employee experience using existing organizational data. Worklytics applies analysis techniques, including organizational network analysis, to better understand team dynamics, leadership behaviors and collaboration across a broad range of organizations. Philip has an extensive background in data analysis as well as user experience design and has applied this to building consumer grade user-experiences for HR organizations, business leaders and managers across a range of industries. Previously, Philip was Vice President of Product at Tuenti, the world’s largest Spanish social network with over 14 million users, which was acquired by Telefonica in 2010. Philip holds a degree in Computer Science and Management from the University of Cape Town, in South Africa.
